Additional comments / suggestions: I did find it disheartening that after we
received our order for my daughter’s varsity basketball team I called to see
if we could get two more for two girls that got moved up after the order was
placed and was told I would have to order at least six more and they would
be more than $15.00 each above the original order price. You already had the
screen print plate and to ask for two more after already ordering 18 others
shouldn’t have been so expensive. It was sad for the two JV girls that got
moved up that they won’t have a varsity hoodie like the others because of
cost and having to make an order of six. I will be sure the next print house
I use will have no minimum print orders for this very reason. Business must
be really good for Brokenarrow that you would stick to such a strict print
run number. That is the only complaint I have. Rachel Vetter was very
efficient and I appreciated her work and her response time.
Thanks for the input. Unfortunately, it’s not as easy as just putting the screens
down and printing. Screens are recycled after every use so when your job was finished, we used your screens for a new job. Yes, we do have your artwork and that would’ve saved a lot of time, printing 2 or 200 shirts takes the same set up. Sorry you were disappointed.
