Additional comments / suggestions: I am very happy with the quality of your
screen print job. Excellent as always!
The only disappointment was that your web site claimed to have a shirt that
was no longer in stock. The order and quote was in place and paid for. BUT
it wasn’t until AFTER I paid for the order that I was told you no longer
carried the product. I was not happy about that at all. Thus, I had to
choose from another selection of shirts as a compromise. As a designer, it
means having to re-arrange the design and colors to fit the new shirt. It
also means having to tell my waiting customers that the shirt they expected
will be different. Fortunately, the new shirt you were able to offer was
great and I had no complaints.
The quantity was all accounted for and on target (even though it was on
backorder and arrived after the original shipment).
